Tuition Structure

Our tuition is structured by grade level with two contribution tiers available to support our school's mission and community.

Base Tier

The Base Tier represents the actual, unsubsidized cost to educate one student for the school year. This rate covers our core operational expenses, including teacher salaries, curriculum materials, and campus maintenance. It is the essential amount needed to deliver the high-quality educational experience our community expects.

Foundation Tier

The Foundation Tier gives families the opportunity to support the long-term vision and accessibility of our school through a philanthropic contribution. This tier includes the full cost of education plus an additional $1,000. These funds are instrumental in enhancing our programs, supporting professional development for our faculty, and strengthening our financial aid offerings to ensure a diverse and vibrant student body. The additional contribution may be eligible for a tax deduction; please consult with a tax professional.

Payment Plans

We offer several payment plans with discounts for early payment.

Annual Plan	4%	One single payment due July 1st.
Semester Plan	2%	Two installments: 60% due July 1st, 40% due January 15.
Monthly (10-Month) Plan	None	Ten equal installments from July through April.

Families with an annual income below $150,000 may qualify for a 12-month payment plan. Please indicate your income in the estimator to see if you qualify.

Withdrawal & Fees Policy

The enrollment agreement commits families to the full annual tuition. Monthly payment plans are provided as a convenience and do not constitute a month-to-month contract.

Withdrawal Deadline: Families may withdraw from their enrollment agreement without penalty on or before May 31st.
Late Withdrawal Penalty: For withdrawals after May 31st, a penalty of 20% of the remaining tuition balance will be assessed. The remaining balance is calculated based on the 10-month installment plan.

Example: A family is on a 10-month plan of $1,000/month (total tuition of $10,000).

They withdraw in September after making 3 payments (July, Aug, Sep). Their remaining tuition balance is $7,000 (for the 7 months left).

The penalty applied would be $1,400 (20% of $7,000).

Sibling & Referral Programs

We offer discounts to support our families and to reward community growth.

Sibling Discount Program

A 8% discount is applied to the tuition of the second child and all subsequent children. Discounts are always applied to the lowest tuition amounts first.
Enhanced Sibling Discount: For families with 3 or more children and an annual income below $250,000, the discount for the third child (and any subsequent children) increases on a sliding scale, starting from 8% and reaching up to 20% for incomes of $180,000 or less.

Family Referral Program

Our community is our greatest asset, and we're excited to reward families who help it grow. Existing SVA families can receive a $500 tuition credit for referring a new family who enrolls at our school.

Program Details & Conditions:

Referring Family: Must be a currently enrolled SVA family. Each referring family is eligible for one $500 credit per calendar year.
Referred Family: The newly referred family must complete the entire admissions process, be accepted, and finalize their enrollment, including setting up a payment plan.
Credit Application: Once the new family's enrollment is confirmed, the $500 tuition credit will be applied to the referring family's account by October 31st of the current academic year.
